Dr. McLeod graduated from William Allen High School in Allentown and then attended Moravian College in Bethlehem where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Genetics and Biology. Growing up in the Lehigh Valley with unwavering devotion and support from his mother and grandparents, Dr. McLeod’s desire for finding a way to help people, especially the elderly, led him to choose to attend Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine where he was conferred the degree Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.).

Dr. McLeod received his residency training at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center VA New Jersey Health Care System, Department of Podiatric Orthopedics, in East Orange, NJ. During his time there, he received training in all aspects of podiatric care and completed post-graduate residency training in Primary Podiatric Medicine.

Dr. McLeod can be seen around the Valley as a Guest Lecturer conducting Footcare Seminars on common ailments of the foot and the importance of regularly scheduled footcare services that are the specialties of a Podiatrist. His presentations include discussions about the types of problems that can occur as people age and their severity when not treated quickly and properly, especially for people with Diabetes.

Blessed with a soft voice and soft touch, Dr. McLeod is a warm and caring doctor that is glad to be home and working for his patients here in the Lehigh Valley. His patients actually look forward to their next treatment, which is a welcome feeling in a world of lesser personalized medical care.
